Parts Marketing Representative - Entry Level

Summary:
Processes inquiries and orders for parts received from Exterran third-party clients, both domestic and international.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive and process parts inquiries and orders for price, nomenclature and parts verification for Exterran or other packager equipment or skid mounted items. The parts analyst must be able to make sound business decisions basis the selling price and commercial terms of the order.

Informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information required by the customer.

Must be able to enter data into the order entry system consistent with the inquiry and order received.

Preferred Education/Experience:

Must possess informational knowledge on basic engine, cooler and package parts for compression/production equipment.

Individual must be able to communicate with customers and utilize telephone selling techniques.

Utilizing a teamwork concept, the analyst must be prepared to assist with the group as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, and or one to five years experience
